服务态度非常好，我的订单信息和酒店具体情况不一致，服务员耐心为我说明。同时，经过与同程网联系，很快解决了信息不一致的问题，并且承诺补给我差价，非常谢谢。现在就等着与同程联系后处理差价问题了。

定了四间房，有三间热水壶是坏的！洗澡喷头也是坏的！因为带了小孩想多要一床被子，结果被告知整个酒店没有一床多余的被子，就连被套都没有！你当客户是傻的吗？头天晚上交押金时说要刷卡，前台说只能先交现金，第二天退房时可以退现金刷卡！结果早上结账时被告知如果要刷卡入住时就得刷，说是入住时服务员说错了！

在携程订了N次酒店，这家酒店是入住后最差的体验。先从服务态度说，下午4点到达酒店，前台居然没人，叫了好几声才从旁点边的一个房间出来一个服务员，询问怎么停车，根本不搭理你，前台自己找不到订单，居然要求我们提供，早餐卷我们4个人只给了3张，找她补一张那态度之恶劣，我们果断决定不在酒店吃早餐了。再说下酒店设施，希望携程也认真核实一下酒店提供的信息，订单上是1米8的大床房，实际是1米5的床，开窗外面是一条污水河，臭气熏天，而且酒店的窗户是没纱窗的，要不你就不开窗，要不就准备和蚊子奋战一晚吧，因为酒店也不提供咩蚊设备，很不幸我选择了后者。最后说下卫生，进了卫生间，简直是惨不忍睹，洗涑台上全是头发，酒店毛巾居然带血迹。好了，先吐槽到这，因为是当天晚上写的评论，没拍到臭水河的相片，看看明天能不能拍了补发上来。
