🔔服务：服务非常周到，所有的服务人员态度非常好，给人感觉很有礼貌而且很周到！
🧹卫生：卫生很不错，不论是房间、卫生间、床上用品和卫浴用品都很干净

硬件不错，大牌国际酒店的派头，自助早餐品种多样，味道也很棒。
前台服务员的水平就不做评价了，非常差的体验，丝毫不配五星级酒店，对客人的起码尊重都做不到。希望以后能提升这个部门的服务水平，毕竟是代表酒店给客人的第一印象嘛。

昭通最好的酒店，比较大，第一次去可能会迷路，达到豪华酒店的标准。由于地处新区，打车不便，酒店免费安排了专车送我去机场，既意外也感动！点个赞

真的是一家忍不住要多住几天的酒店，超喜欢房间的装修，大理石、皮革.床软硬适中，枕头也很舒服，早餐品种丰富，味道还都特别棒!服务也暖心，有求必应，特别是前台小姐姐康康非常贴心。酒店的地理位置超赞，位于昭通会议会展中心旁，交通方便，旁边还有婚纱摄影基地，入住体验非常棒，超赞👍👍
