到酒店入住用支付宝交了1千压金
27号早上退房 前台告知压金会在2至3个工作日退还到支付宝 27号早上07点37退还到支付宝542元
剩下的458不晓得消费在什么地方了
问酒店工作人员说帮忙在财务查询消费清单

这应该是昭通第一家品牌酒店吧，我们来的时候还在完善中，硬件已经和其他五星豪钻的差不多了，床品很棒，酒店很大环境很棒，但一些细节上还有待加强，比如阳台的卫生，比如我们入住那间阳台纱窗的五金件是坏的，服务没问题，但细节才是拉开差距的体现，总之还是很推荐的，下次来还会选择的
