Our room got upgraded to a very comfortable large family room with a separate dining area with dining table and chair for four people’s. It has also got a balcony for clothes drying. Its swimming pool is warm and clean with a professional swimming teacher with a fee. The adjacent affiliated hotel Chinese restaurant serve very good food, my son loved the bbq porkZ

强烈推荐！房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，床品舒适睡得超香。经理Lydia和前台服务热情周到，入住退房都很便捷。地理位置优越，出行购物都方便。下次来广州融创还会选这家！

陪孩子参加活动，订酒店住一晚。
三间酒店，融创茂，大剧院围湖而建，在内围走到哪里都很方便。
酒店3点才有房，且不能延时退房，因节假日客满。
房间环境好，带阳台，面积也够大，布局也不错。
但晚上洗澡时热水不够热，骤降的天气，但热水只有40度，洗得人战战发抖，超级无语。
提供的茶包，居然是散的茶叶，无语加一。
除以上两点，其实还不错，有电瓶车送到各个酒店，服务还不错的。

环境：还可以，在融创茂边上，有商场吃饭，还有滑雪场
衞生：非常差。房间里有蟑螂，而且在床上。新换的房间虽然没看见蟑螂了，可是床睡了浑身痒。800的房间就这样的衞生？
服务：非常差。打电话要求换房，先説处理一下，这么恶心怎么説的出来？然后説等安排好了电话，足足等了半小时没声音，去到楼下催，还没开口前台就知道我房号，那就是之前故意拖着不处理。要亲自来了才请示主管。

非常棒的一个酒店，特别适合家庭出游，我住的是湖景房，有个大阳台，这个超级赞，还带了晾衣架，贴心的，当然，我住一晚，美用上，外面的景色超级赞，离开融创茂很近，晚上还和同事去那里吃了一顿，那里吃喝玩乐一条龙，还可以滑雪??

great hotel tho a bit old. Bathroom door plastic is broken leading all water leak out while shower. Worst point for the stay.
Hanging rack available at balcony, convenient for cloths after ski. Playroom avaliable within another hotel in the resort.
Away from city center around 1.5hour, but superb location for ski center. Shuttle available to/from mall. Perfect for 2-day-1-night stay. Great surrounding environment with the whole "resort" area.

方便融创跨年的酒店，前台Lily非常贴心，叮嘱了很多注意事项。自助晚餐可以去礼宾部告知，然后坐穿梭巴士去施柏阁用餐。整体入住体验很不错！去融创乐园也可以看好时间坐穿梭小巴过去

卫生：不太乾净
环境：清静舒适
服务：处理泊车优惠的日本人服务员，10分有礼，并登记我的车牌在退房后当天晚上离场，可以安心去滑雪。
清洁房间的姨姨，很有礼貌，执拾房间很细心。
但??前台登记房间?服务员态度不耐烦，停车大堂人员对我不理不睬，地面停车场没有位置，自己兜兜路，才能找到地下停车场

没有晚安甜汤，雪场接驳车要到前台预约，班次很少。
