酒店硬件不错，软件真的很差，特意去泡温泉，说晚上十一点结束，十点服务员都在打扫，我们十点才进去的。电话咨询时说要买温泉票才可以游泳，进去告知游泳池在维护中，真心无语。说要投诉，说接待，投诉，经理都是我一个人，好吧，输给你们，这样的酒店，绝对不会再去第二次。酒店床铺也不干净，睡了一晚还被虫子咬。

半山别墅略贵，但环境还不错，全套科勒卫浴但花洒体验不太好，没有儿童床没有儿童床浴袍拖鞋等也是不太合理，早餐跟其它房型是一个档次有点low，除了以上其它还好。

半山别墅略贵，但环境还不错，全套科勒卫浴但花洒体验不太好，没有儿童床没有儿童床浴袍拖鞋等也是不太合理，早餐跟其它房型是一个档次有点low，除了以上其它还好。
