经营理念奇葩，泡池里收费五花八门，就跟要饭讨小钱似的。也真是可惜了这么有名的历史遗迹。幸好本地人性善良，服务员态度都是星级，勉强抚慰一下自己

邦腊掌温泉真是好地方，酒店四星标准，设施很好，住着也非常舒服，整个园区环境就是一个天然森林公园，还有很多温泉热池，对于游客充满新鲜感，早餐丰盛

可以说我住过的上百家酒店最差的！1.酒店自己的餐厅不供应午晚餐，要走近十分钟去温泉的唯一一家餐厅吃自助餐，供应的饭菜是凉的，2.酒店早餐供应说是7:00开门,我们7:30去，服务员还在懒洋洋地准备开门，结果大批住客赶着用餐，造成供应不及排长队，3.退房时，服务员说房间少了一条大浴巾，不让我们离开，结果我们上房间看，浴巾就在架子上，是服务员检查时粗心大意，4.在携程网订这家酒店是322元一晚，另加14元，标明是退房时可以退还14元。但结算时，根本就没有退。
