入住感受非变差，不会再来了，承诺接送的提前一天却说没车送回三亚，你知道七八十公里打车多钱吗？加车费够住希尔顿了，七仙岭哪家酒店不包接送啊。卫生情况也不好，房间两次发现蟑螂，早餐台爬满蚂蚁。

早餐在泳池旁，每天蛋糕水果上都爬满蚂蚁；房间没有除湿机，被子潮；预订之前确认过有车到三亚免费接送，退房前两天也确认过有车，但是走的前一天却告知没车送，也不联系别的车解决，让打车回三亚或去镇上坐公交。最后还是自己找隔壁的君澜酒店协助解决了，虽然不是免费的，但价格合理，要给君澜点个赞，服务非常细致。不要住鹤川，这个酒店可能快倒闭了，望周知，君澜没贵多少，房子好，服务好，接送免费。

酒店设施陈旧，去的时候碰到热带风暴影响， 下雨地湿滑，小孩、老人都差点摔着。房子阴暗潮湿，不知道天气晴朗时会不会好点。温泉是分男女的，一家不能同泡。大堂在最高层，房在低层，感觉像是住到了地下室。

同程网服务特好，我预定房间后联系店家楼层要高的需，在线客服马上帮我联系酒店管理，服务非常到位。br昨天中午登记入住后，酒店前台接待也很好，帮我们拿行李，送我们到咏竹楼，非常感谢同程网及酒店接待的热情服务，谢谢，本次已经是第四次去住，以后还是会去住的。
