早餐很丰富，午餐和晚餐自助也很好。订的豪华大床房，我和父母三个人一起也不会拥挤，房间干净整洁无烟味，隔音效果不错，晚间安静易入睡。到店下车有迎宾大哥帮忙拿行李，开车门。前台接待姐姐微笑服务。特别表扬13层客房服务员朱利云大姐，服务贴心，周到细致，让人有宾至如归的温馨感觉。酒店环境不错，楼下解放广场，万达广场，遛弯用餐购物都很方便。不愧五星级酒店的称号，下次来还会选香格里拉大酒店。
