陈艳玲，杨洋，顾月宇，三位主管非常热情礼貌，因为中途有在酒店摔倒受伤，所以酒店主管已经工作人员在入住期间，乃至退房后，还一再关心和问候我们的此次行程以及关心我们的入住体验，非常感谢。包头的寒冬也能如此温暖。

9点过来吃早餐，都没了，等了20几分钟没等到牛奶和奶茶。问工作人员了，理由是今天宾客多，难道你们没有宾客入住统计吗，宾客多早餐不应该提前准备充分吗，无语了，很差很差
