服务很好我们一下车就有人帮忙拿行送到房间，前台接待很有耐心房间很干净送有几样很新鲜的水果、饮料加果汁还有鲜花，我们出去回来发现桌子上有个保温瓶里面还有银耳百合糖水，这边天气干燥这糖水正好，这样的服务又贴心又暖心。今天离店时前台服务也非常有礼貌，宾客主任李慧欣还给孩子送了只小鹿幺仔当礼物孩子可开心了??是我们来呼和浩特包头这边住的最满意的一家酒店。明天我回呼和浩特还要订他们家??

早点88一位，很丰盛，比较建议在此吃，特色的和大众口味都齐全，观景也不错，能看到广场，附近有许多饭店，还有购物广场和花园，真心不错，服务员服务很好，比如离店前，有个貌似叫李慧欣的小姐姐关心入住体验，大堂服务生帮忙提箱子，还有赠特色小吃，

酒店位置很好，周边环境很棒，毗邻万达广场，购物娱乐方便，酒店内环境也很棒。入住后服务很好，送了果盘，并配有各式充电插头，房间内干净整洁，房间不算很大，卫生间有点局促。早餐人很少，品种挺多，味道一般，有些小菜都发干了，粥和牛奶豆浆等不是很热，希望能够改善。总之，入住很满意，下次还会来。
