北海最垃圾的酒店没有之一，早餐酸奶为了防止客人拿出门喝，给每一盒酸奶都插上吸管，这是我见过最恶心做法的酒店。房间蚊子超级多，根本不处理，枕头一股汗臭味还说是鸭绒的味道，也不知道那些好评到底如何刷出来的？

首先说说21度假日酒店的优点，我很喜欢这家酒店，一进入大堂，就很欣喜，东南亚风格的大堂和check in的桌台、沙发，都很特别，很惊喜在北海有这样的酒店。大堂用的香薰味道也很东南亚，大概是柠檬草之类的味道？第二，酒店工作人员的态度很好，有大酒店的服务态度。第三，早餐用餐的餐厅环境很舒服，加上淡季人少，和姐妹们聊天喝咖啡吃早餐，惬意极了。另外，说说可以改进的地方，第一，房间的面积稍微小了些，第二，酒店方可以考虑提供给客人两张门卡，一张供取电用，第三，客人到达等待办理入住以及等待离开的时间，工作人员可以递上一杯水，我想，这样的服务会更贴心一些。
