网络支付了房费，到门店又支付一次，说我网络支付的只是担保金，十天了，都没见返还，打电话问客服才知道，自己支付的是房费，不担保金，打电话给酒店，酒店也核实了，是他们多收了房费，气人的是，说要等财务休假回来才退钱给我，凭什么酒店犯错，还让客人等，无语O__O"…

这么大一个酒店，手机想充电都没有线的，还好自己车上有，酒店给了一个插头！浴室里面用的那个卵毛巾质量跟三中路这边的招待所差不多！质量差不多，你的价格就跟人家的差不多啊，还那么贵！凌晨1点入住，第二天11点40就打电话到房间催退房，后来说什么网上订的房，网上订的房就是12点退房？难道中国人民币不一样？既然网上订房这么不待见，那你这个酒店还挂到网上卖什么呢？脑子是个好东西，但是你们酒店没有，东说西说，前台同意1点退房！下次是坚决不去鼎元！
