很一般的酒店，设施陈旧，想洗澡得提前10分钟放水才有热水到，阳台跟外面走廊是联通的，刚开始没注意，打开阳台门就去洗澡了，出来看到吓了一跳。整个酒店就20来间房，服务人员也是少得可怜，不推荐。

来北海这三天住的最差的酒店，房间设施不全，没有洗手液或者香皂，只能用沐浴露来洗，洗澡没热水，找服务员来看，她只会说你房间远，热水过来要花点时间，你耐心等等就好了，我告诉她已经等很久了，她再说会向领导反映，结果我还是只能洗冷水， ，最后临退房才查出是独立热水器没插电；洗澡间的门封闭性不好，一开花洒水就流出去，洗脸盆的水龙头也漏水，找维修师傅来也没修好，结果整个卫生间一用水就溪流遍地；电视有机顶盒，但是一百多个频道的画面全是扭曲的，我也是醉了；房间开了个小窗通风，本来是好事，但是开口是固定不可调的，到了晚上蚊虫被灯光吸引蜂拥而入，走廊的灯光也从这扇窗照进来，好像给你开了永不熄灭的床头灯；床垫弹簧很硬，海绵很薄，硌着肋骨难受，真是彻夜难眠。唯一点赞的是厨房师傅，30元一份简餐味道挺好又管饱，酒店周边没有吃饭的地方，他算帮了大忙。

地理位置很好，离海边很近步行几分钟就到海滩了，酒店整体面积很大，外观也不错，只是疏于打理 游泳池也荒废了，卫生也一般
