其实因为家里有突然情况就没来得及取消也没有去住。但酒店并没有来电问为什么没有入住，而是直接扣了房款，这有点让人无法接受！当然，后来经过与携程申诉得到妥善处理，赞一个！但这家酒店太差劲了👎
