有厨房，客厅，卧室，卫生间，很温馨，有家的感觉。唯一缺点热水器在房内，温度不好控制；厨房窗户离走廊很近，有点安全隐患。公寓位于银滩位于码头之间，去侨港很近，租一辆电瓶车，很方便。总体上很满意。

靠近银滩和国际码头，侨港风情街，打车5分钟左右，走路大概30分钟。阳台能看到大半个海，房间很干净和整洁，4个大人，一个孩子住的很舒适。

这次在北海二十多天，几乎都住在这里房间很宽蔽五十多平，有厨房，有客厅，更有阳台，冰箱洗洗衣机，平心而论价格也合理。唯一不足卫生间內淋浴房设计不合理，浴室档水太低，浴帘又太短，一放水滿地是水。
