到店没有任何工作人员帮忙拿行李箱。服务态度非常一般，冰冷让人感觉不到一点宾至如归。续住当天中午要个夜晚姨妈巾，服务员说没了你晚上可以自己去买。酒店房间配有的水果没有，晚上11点半回到酒店想吃，问服务员要推三阻四，最后说明天早上给2个小点心。第二天退完房了，问服务员要。服务员才说有这回事。最后给了一小盒快过期变软的小饼干，没法吃。

温德姆是豪华品牌，但是入住时确是惊喜不断。酒店在单独的一栋楼，非常大气，大厅的风格现代豪华，房间很大，早餐也很丰盛，体验很好！

酒店很特别，设计风格满满，很有韵味；前台小姐姐服务很棒，很加好感度；房间很简约奢华，配的拖鞋和洗护用品都很高档，卫生做的很好，特别干净；早餐种类也挺多的，荤素搭配吃的很好，很满意的一次入住体验，强烈推荐呀。

服务超好，超出预期，有点提供茶水还有水果 隔音情况：非常安静，我平时睡觉很轻，但是在这里完全听不到楼道和隔壁的声音，非常赞 地理位置：离地铁站很近很方便，最后点赞一下最后一天帮忙办理退房的前台小姐姐，服务态度很好，很贴心。

酒店环境干净,房间规划可谓完善,优雅又不失情调,服务周到,细节做的很到位，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉,无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击,服务人员态度很热情友好，彬彬有礼，给人家的温暖。价格也很合理。

新开业，各项都不错，服务人员服务到位有礼貌，可能新开业客人比较少的缘故，早餐只开了中式早餐区，除了这其他都很满意，总体可以给95分吧！
