设施齐全，位置也很不错，楼下就是3路公交，唯一需要吐槽的就是，入住和退房的时候，是两个不同的男前台，不知道是不是春节不能回家过年还是怎么的，没有一点儿表情，就跟欠他多少钱似的！

地方确实不错，因为没去过北海，第一天订了神农旁边侣威澌酒店，有股味道，根本不是四星级，三星都谈不上，也没有后来的这家有厨房，客厅，阳台，后来换现在的，给后来去的做个参考，环境好，有个大阳台能看到海，价格还不高，我去四百多（旺季），我连住了三天可能便宜点。里面有冰箱，厨房所以设备，卧室和客厅是分开的。总之很满意，唯一遗憾是没早餐。
