服务太差。1、开房时，前台一边耍手机一边回答问题。2、进房间后，发现枕头有异味，叫服务员更换，更换了，继续有异味，服务员告知因为潮湿，都有异味。3、电话联系前台咨询问题，前台叫我搞清楚再问问体，比政府机构还牛。但是，还是有亮点。1、位置比较优越，去景点都方便。2、价格比较便宜。综上所述，服务员可以继续牛*下去，亮点太突出了。

本次预定有新人优惠，所以价格很实惠。
服务:12点退房，免费保管行李，貌似还赠送了早餐。
客房：干湿分离，房间无异味，较干净，但是房间提供火柴也就意味着可以抽烟，这点我觉得酒店可以改善。也或许当地室内不禁烟？酒店部分客房的窗是对着楼道内的，也就是说有窗也是在室内的。不过地处繁华市中心，沿街的房间恐怕比较吵。隔音还是不错的。
交通：路口就是北部湾广场，比邻宝谊路步行街，步行可达北海老街，门口就有公交，出行方便。
