基本上很少点评酒店，但是开元名都的服务态度真的是很热情，酒店的宾客主任雨欣提前联系安排好了房间，我们订的两个房间还安排了同个楼层，刚开始以为订的是含早的房间，发现没有早餐时前台小劳耐心的解释订单是不含早餐的。雨欣还帮我们买了去涠洲岛的船票，提供了攻略非常的受用。回来的船票没买到还给雨欣打了电话帮忙抢票，幸好抢到了不然连机票都赶不上，真的很感激雨欣。酒店的地理位置很不错北门也有出租车停，出入打车就可以了。强烈推荐开元酒店，给她们优质的服务点赞??

在北海来说，这个酒店环境还算不错的，我们定的亲子房，女儿喜欢得不得了，房间还配有小朋友的浴巾，洗漱用品，还赠送了水果。海景有点太远了，但也无所谓了，早餐品种也不算太多，但也足够了，礼宾部的两位小男生非常热情，还帮我门定了去涠洲岛的船票和酒店，我们的三台车子停在酒店，去了涠洲岛回来也没收费，总之很满意。
