从涠洲岛旅游过来。出码头直线500多米。很方便，到了酒店。前台小姐先送上二杯热茶，让我们心头一热，然后由于我们订的城景大床房还没打扫好，然后前台肖秀成先生立即帮我们升级到海景房，让我们很感动，在此特地要感谢他，房间很满意，硬件设施都很好，下午我们出去回来，看到欢迎水果已经送到。还多送了几瓶矿泉水。因为我们用矿泉水烧水喝，服务员梁春华写了纸条，并告诉我们有需要可以找她，又让我们很感动，真的把客人当成自家人一样，再此希望贵宾馆领导要好好表扬二位，他们的优质服务。给你们宾馆增添了荣誉，让我们客人感到很温馨，再次谢谢金昌开元名都大酒店的优质服务！

前台的宾客主任张璇服务很好，还不错 。房间吹风筒不大好找。成景大床的面积大。整体还行 送的水果多 都安排在同一个楼上 舒适度高 码头很近 返程直接回家 下次有机会再去 不错不错的体验 牛奶和饼干都还可以 水果比较新鲜 丰盛
