先说优点，酒店是老牌五星，但还是服务热情，有欢迎水果和牛奶，一楼有儿童游乐区，自助早餐还算丰富，总体好评。再说不足，跟有些民宿相比，五星酒店少了短距离免费接送服务，另外酒店泳池居然是露天还不营业，这个与开元牌子有差距。另外提个建议，虽然提供了儿童洗漱用品，但由于洗漱台对小孩过高，建议加在卫生间把儿童凳子和儿童刷牙杯，而不是和大人一样的大号玻璃杯，也直导致小孩刷牙被子拿不住，打碎，虽然不是在意20元赔偿，但潜在安全隐患，完全可以花小钱而避免，这点其他五星如香格里拉等酒店做的就很人性化。最后说句，酒店海景房除了太阳充足，风景一般，还是市景房看的舒服。

住1601，刚刚退房，速度超快。早餐丰富，前名服务体贴，服务员很勤快，27、28、29号三天的两位服务员非常不错，有到家的感觉，值得表扬。自助餐，早茶很正宗。离码头超近。附近的老伙记海鲜、柳味螺蛳粉很好。一次愉快的旅行。就是涠洲岛感觉一般: 管理正规，但非常不方便休闲游，为游而游而己~。
