  这家店住宿环境太差，是那种私人开的，前台接待就是一个大妈，服务也差得不得了，房间床铺不平整，乱七八糟,套件也质量堪忧，说是有窗户，其实就像监狱那种一样，一个小方格的天窗，这种设施跟最原始的住宿宾馆一样，还好意思说是酒店，本次订单完全是被维也纳三个字给坑了，连夜行李没放下就找前台退款，还不让退，那有什么办法，只能交钱买个教训，以后订酒店要先问清楚，这个冒牌的维也纳，坑死人了。
