前台服务态度不好，原因在于：贵酒店有主楼、二号楼，下单时，选择的未标明是主楼或二号楼，我们以为是主楼。当前台工作人员给我们安排二号楼的时候，跟她反应这个问题，她们便说：这是艺龙旅行网未注明，我们以订单为准，这与我们无关。贵酒店遇到问题并没有给出方案去解决，而是推脱责任。
