本人入住的豪华房，但是房间质量很差，窗户打不开，服务不行，早餐很烂，酒店不能刷卡!!!这次本人自己在菜市场买了3个海鲜拿去酒店加工15快一个菜，比我的海鲜价格还高，也没发票开给你。第二天我拿去酒店后面的“天天海鲜排挡”加工，3个菜20元，老板娘人很好，很地道。去北海最好自己去菜场买海鲜，螃蟹、鱼、贝壳什么的拿去加工，很实惠，不好听信三轮车、的士佬的鬼话，他们都是拉你去，然后拿回扣的。宰的你心惊肉跳！另外建议去北海最好入住北部湾广场的酒店，去哪都有车，方便。

环境不错，不过温馨大床房感觉很昏暗，窗子对着楼道，晚上睡觉感觉很不安全，不过酒店还是很干净的感觉。
