酒店是标准的四星级酒店，虽略感陈旧，但该有的东西都有，该有的服务也都还周到。酒店位置不错，离北部湾广场很近。广场虽无什么特色，但北海主要的交通都聚集于此，在这里，想去哪玩，都方便。酒店旁边有一条小吃街，晚上特别热闹，是吃货们不能错过的好地方！

酒店地处闹市，进出方便，早餐也较为家常能为一般家庭所接受，当然了如果你想享受正宗西式早点，那还是打消这个念头吧。

没想到啊没想到，北海的四星级酒店竟然连一星的标准都达不到！一进门就闻到了一股刺鼻发霉难闻的味道，到了房间马上就想走，那个设施的简陋简直就像回到七十年代，要不是在同程已经付过了担保金，我马上就会走人。那个象拖拉机一样轰轰作响的空调不冷不热的搞得我一夜难眠，洗手间更是不想进去，第二天起来那个床睡得我腰酸腿疼。强烈建议同程以后不要推荐这样的酒店来忽悠人了！本来我是定了入住两天的，第二天一早就退房走人了。

酒店装修较为传统，如果对酒店装修有较高要求最好及时调整自己的预期，但入住酒店总的来说还是十分愉快的：1、酒店位置很好，离北部湾广场、得兴食街、和安商港、长青公园仅两三百米之距，但又闹中取静；2、房间卫生工作比较好，隔间也好；3、早餐要比本人入住过的许多大牌酒店洋不洋土不土的早点都要好得多；4、虽然房间不具备暖气功能，但酒店中央空调还是打开了适度的暖风，在冬天里比较贴心。br不过有一点就是本人不甚适应，床比较软。
