酒店总体来说很好，服务员们很热情，问哪里有好吃的，都会耐心推荐，大堂有个比较僻静的会客厅，有朋友来躲在里面挺好玩的，房间干净整洁，不远的地方有个万达购物广场，购物方便

酒店房间非常干净，前台小黄服务热情，很有亲和力，客房小冯我也不知道是不是应该叫大姐，没有见到他，但是续住卫生打扫的很彻底，还留了一个小纸条，让我们这些来旅游的客人很暖心，感谢您们，下次来北海还是你家！！
