觉得不满意部分是因为酒店部分是因为同程网，本来预定的5间大床房，结果入住当天被告知改成3间大床2个标间。在酒店前台协调半天，打电话给同程，同程推给代理机构旅行社，又是要旅行社跟酒店前台协调，耽误了快2个小时才入住，最后还是住的亮剑标间。这件事对同程网影响极其恶劣，下次不会再同程预定了

和老母亲一起来渡假，非常幸运选择了这个酒店，位置很优越是银滩上唯一的一家，交通非常方便多条公交线路都可以直达银滩大门口，还有旅游专线在东门停靠，往返各大景点之间，下了车还可以让酒店小哥开电瓶车把你接到房门口。我最早选的海港标间，来后发现窗外没有大海只有花圃后来又换成了海景标间就比较称心，可以足不出户就直面沙滩和大海。我们不常出门，酒店餐厅也很棒每日三餐都在这儿解决了，比银滩大门外那些餐馆的水平高很多，就餐环境又好同样值得推荐。这里的员工服务非常到位，给我们留下了美好的回忆。
