1.酒店及房间硬件设施质量好，洗漱很齐，连一次性发圈，护手霜都有
2.散步中庭很大很漂亮，散步很惬意
3.庭院房花私家园草坪很有点，且可以从阳台出入
4.酒店员工虽然不多，但服务很好
5.前台有迎宾茶果和点心
6.独立厨房很好，没有异味

酒店大堂很时尚！喜欢这种类型的😍前台小姐姐很可爱，服务也很好～还很耐心的给我们讲解北海哪里好吃的哪里有好玩的！赞👍这是公寓式的酒店 房间环境比预想的好(✪▽✪)卫生也很干净！吃早餐就在住的一楼吃，味道好吃 都吃撑啦嘿嘿😁我们去涠洲岛行李还可以免费寄存酒店！下次带父母来北海玩的时候，还是这家😜😜

以前来北海都是住的星级酒店，这次在网上偶然看到了皇家海湾度假公寓群瞬间被这种家的温暖和环境吸引了，开始还担心卫生问题入住后这些顾虑都没有了，走进房间床上用品都散发着阳光的味道（最喜欢北海的冬天暖暖的）干净、整洁。房间内居然还配有小爱音响真是太意外了，公寓内的环境很好一条长长的走廊（走廊很有特色）通往早餐厅，早餐虽然不像星级酒店那么丰富，但厨师还是很用心的。下午坐在这里喝上一壶热茶感受着阳光透过玻璃照射到身上特别舒服，真是一次舒适美好的旅行

设施不错，早餐一般。有一个大游泳池，救生员全程陪同。浅水区适合小孩子玩，就是附近没什么配套设施，去银滩需要打车，起步价吧。
