真的是非常差的一次体验，4月28日的单，今天已经5月16日了，还没有把保证金退给我，打电话给客服客服说让我找boking，打电话给boking客服他们说找酒店，酒店说保证金只有艺龙网能扣，要找艺龙网退，那意思现在艺龙网你们是要吞了我这笔保证金咯？

服务非常贴心，有小孩子专用小拖鞋，看到湿了后主动帮孩子换了两双新的，我特意问了名字是林齐凤和董自英，最好的服务莫过于细心跟热情，下次来还住香格里拉！
