位置还好，吃饭很方便，我们住的三人套房，很宽大，很喜欢。就是这个房价在前台也可以拿到，呵呵，有点失落。我觉得预定应该有房价上的优势，要与前台有所区别。

6月30日订了7月2日与4日两天的房(共6间),如果说2日去入住时,酒店说没有接到E龙的单子,暂且包容了,说是销售没把订单给前台;4日再次入住时,又碰到同样的问题,耽误了我们不少时间。不知责任到底在哪一方啊？
