在海晟小区北苑内，很安全，门禁比较严，出入都要刷卡，酒店式公寓没有前台，打电话就会有人来服务，也还行，离东直门地铁站很近，走路10分钟不到，到工体走路20分钟，总的说来还是比较方便的。

有家的感觉，麻雀虽小，五脏俱全，洗衣机、电磁炉、电饭煲、电冰箱应有尽有，还有木地板。总之，旺中带静，交通方便～

第一次入住这种公寓式的，没在里面煮饭，有洗衣机很方便，在一个小区里，环境很安静，离地铁站稍远，不过买东西，吃饭都很方便。
