酒店位置很好，位于东直门地铁站C口不远，走路几分钟就到了。海晟是北京最高端的小区，里面有好多老外居住，小区很高端，人员层次也很高。周边有银座购物，还有很多小饭店，完全满足吃住的需要。店内的设施也很高档。服务也很好。很满意。如有机会，还会选择这家酒店。

位置佳，性价比高，服务周到贴心，入住期间不小心把马桶开关弄坏，服务接待热心表示不需赔偿，很好！下次去还会选！

第一次住这种类型的，感觉特别好有家的感觉，掌柜人特别随和。屋子很大很干净，卫生间的设施是roca的，刷牙的杯子是宜家的，炊具都是苏泊尔很干净很新。床垫是慢回弹，很干净还有一股洗衣液的香味。环境很安静。感觉比酒店强多了，以后出来住首选这里。早上退房太早，掌柜睡眼惺忪的来了哈哈哈。谢谢提供这么好的住宿体验。

小区环境没得说，高端社区，环境优美安静，室内设备是有点旧，但还干净，服务人员也挺热情，还是满意度的
