房间：床单有血渍 与前台协调后换了一间房 床单还是有血渍。可能是酒店特色吧
环境：蛮好的 早餐也不错
服务：午夜的前台忙着聊天顾不上和客人打招呼 办房卡的沟通过程话少到让我以为刚才她和另一位前台的开心聊天过程是错觉 发现血渍后第一时间反应给了前台 前台第一反应是 血渍很大嘛 emmmm 不好评价 但是早上的前台挺热情的 提供的接送机服务也很便捷 但瑜不掩瑕
设施 干湿分离的设计注定它的洗手池会溅水到床上 其他的都蛮好

环境卫生还可以，接机有点慢，接机从我给酒店打电话到接到我用了四十分钟；房间内电视无法投屏（对于我这种常看电视的人很不友好）；最最最最最最重要的是，我在携程上订房间花了442元，离店开发票时前台给我说后面给我开没说其他，等我走了后给我开了张390.33的发票，我沟通后酒店说他们只能开这么多，剩下的让我去找携程，我真是第一次遇到这样的酒店，真6！！！！！！！！后来和携程客服沟通，携程又和酒店沟通，又能开了，真服了，不知道搞什么，对于酒店前台工作人员这种不负责任的体验很不爽

Location is perfect if you want to rest between flights! They have shuttle bus so getting there is quite convenient. Hotel is quite far from the actual city center in case you are planning to visit.

The hotel has some weird smell, lobby, toilet, room. Smells like paint. There aren’t many dining options as it is located in a remote area of Beijing new airport zone. The hotel receptionist when handling personal private information lacked proper procedures and protocols, left my passport photocopy and contact details on the counter facing the public, was concerning. The room is very small compared to to those international brand 4stars hotels has more elegant and comfortable room fit out and space.
