服务好，房间大，前台姐姐给升级了房型，每个客人都会确认有没有早班机，退房送了蒸汽眼罩；附近没啥吃的，酒店内有个mini mart，价格算合理的，接驳车到机场大概15-20分钟

All staff is very good and helpful, shuttle bus driver is great as well. Rooms are small and simple, no bathrobes, no foot towel, can be dangerous when slippery. But, our room had unpleasant smell of food like soup, or noodles, and you could hear when people in other rooms take multiple showers at night, so not very good sound-proofing.

比较偏是他的缺点，其他都很好，每个小时里还有两班车24小时送你去大兴机场，点了外卖还能让机器人送上来非常人性化 设施比较齐全??????

酒店挺新的，房间乾净整洁，配置齐全，还有健身房。
工作人员的服务态度也很好，24小时都有机场的接送车，我们凌晨5点半出发，退房时睡眼惺忪，前台还给我们一人发了一个蒸汽眼罩，太贴心了！

1.酒店的整体服务非常有待提高 接送机还得主动打电话询问酒店 他们不会提前联系客人告知其时间
2.入住时没有欢迎酒水 不会帮客人拿行李到房间 没有介绍酒店房间内设施
3.在班机接送方面 没有提前确认统计好每班人数 而是到了就在大厅等 很散乱。今天错过了六点那班的车，以为有叫醒服务，差点误机了，（因为天气原因飞机延误一个多小时所以赶上）感觉很糟糕??
除了接送机没有亮点了 可就连接送机这一项服务都没有做好
唯一的好评是给外卖机器人的 机器人将我的外卖送到了房间门口。服务不如机器人呢

酒店提供的免费接送服务，10分钟左右?车程，只是早上去机场的接送比较乱，车来了都是?一窝蜂抢位置，我坐的当天都有部份人不能上车要等下酒店安排的另一班. 赶航班的就要注意下.
前台小姐姐热情友好贴心，入住会主动问航班情况提供意见.
酒店环境优雅，让人感到放松，有小孩玩的房间.
客房乾净，床铺舒适，房间空间充足.
晚上有付费盖饭烤肠可供购买，价格不贵

9:00办理入住很快，服务很好，环境也非常漂亮，一楼还有自助售卖机，晚饭的话还有餐厅现做的猪脚饭，咖喱饭，牛肉饭班车没半小时，一般师傅还会帮忙拉行李，非常方便，这对于赶飞机来説来説是必选的地方非常推荐

这家酒店彻底刷新了我对机场酒店的认知！房间超大超乾净，完全就是我的梦中情房?
最惊喜的是服务——工作人员个个热情周到，从进门就感受到家的温暖??来回大兴机场的免费班车半小时一班，出行超省心。大堂居然还有现烤烤肠香喷喷，图书角、休闲聊天区、小童游乐园一应俱全，居然还能免费洗衣服！
酒店专业度真的没话説，每个细节都照顾到位。带娃的宝妈、赶早班机的旅客闭眼冲就对了！已经推荐给所有朋友，下次一定再来～????
