Our family of four from Singapore had a fantastic stay at Atour Hotel Beijing Liujiayao, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations.
The reception service was exceptional—friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. The team was especially helpful in allowing us to store our luggage for several days, which was incredibly convenient for our family’s travel plans and gave us great peace of mind.
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay much more comfortable as a family. The room was very clean, well-organised, and cosy, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout our stay.
One thoughtful highlight was the free supper, which was perfect for our family after long days of sightseeing. These small yet meaningful touches really enhanced our overall experience and showed the hotel’s strong focus on guest care.
Overall, Atour Hotel Beijing Liujiayao offers excellent value, comfort, and service, making it a great choice for families travelling to Beijing. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families from Singapore and will definitely choose Atour again for future trips.

房间设施很新，设备也很齐全，酒店离地铁口大概四分钟吧，唯一缺点就是冬天房间晚上太热了，地暖好热，我都放的冷气，哈哈哈哈，建议酒店可以调整下温度哦，整体住宿条件挺好的，理想选择。

这次北京之行选择了北京南站刘家窑地铁站亚朵酒店，入住体验远超预期，必须满分好评！出行，最看重交通便利性，酒店距刘家窑地铁站仅0.6公里，步行几分钟就能抵达，从北京南站驾车15分钟也能直达，赶高铁完全不用慌，周边打车、公交也都便捷，出行效率直接拉满。
房间品质更是惊喜，空间宽敞明亮。衞生清洁堪称极致，床品、洗漱台、墙角等细节处一尘不染，完全没有异味。亚朵的深睡床品名不虚传，床垫软硬适中，新疆长绒棉四件套触感柔软亲肤，加上出色的隔音效果，即便临街也几乎听不到噪音，让我每天都能睡个安稳觉。房间里的智能客控、无线充电、高端洗护用品等配置，处处体现着贴心。
服务是这家酒店的灵魂所在！从踏入大堂开始，工作人员就热情有礼，主动送上热茶，办理入住高效快捷，还耐心解答我关于周边景点的疑问。入住期间，客房打扫及时细致，每天都能看到整洁的房间和补充齐全的用品。24小时开放的洗衣房太实用了，免费提供洗涤用品，洗衣机和烘乾机让旅途洗衣不再麻烦；深夜回到酒店，还有暖心粥品供应，细节处的温暖格外动人。
酒店的配套设施也很完善，24小时开放的健身房器材齐全，晨起锻链很方便；大堂的“竹居”书吧藏书丰富，闲暇时看看书十分惬意；早餐更是诚意满满，中西式菜品齐全，还有本地特色美食，食材新鲜可口，能满足不同口味需求。
