1，酒店毫无服务可言，员工服务态度跟酒店定位相差太远。前台爱答不理。餐厅人员处理事情生硬死板，忘带餐券，不给记账。空调暖气是坏的
2，酒店在一个鸟不拉屎的度假村里，其实就是在一个小村庄，出门走几公里看不到任何商业，打不到车，只能滴滴
3，定了两天，本想提前退，被携程售后的去哪儿以预定已付款为由坚持不退。
4，预定酒店一定要先看评分和评论。烂酒店刷分也要先看酒店位置和周边环境。

黑店黑店，大家一定要小心。服务烂到极点不说，设施也特别落后，房间连瓶水都没有，泡温泉放出来的水是黄的泥巴水…很糟糕的住宿体验

房间够大，自带温泉泡池，硬件设施不错，唯一不满意的是用餐，由于赶上团队会议，人太多了。有个薰衣草庄园值得去看看，很适合拍照，和儿子租了个自行车在里面转了一圈。由于整个酒店占地面积非常大，有些地方还没去到。适合家庭自驾游。
