这是我出门最差的一次入住酒店的经历了，酒店在携程已经虽然预定成功，可到酒店说没有，之后我联系客服给预定了，可是又在缴费时出现失误，差点多收了我500多元，在我认定之后才修改。入住以后没有自来水，说是在修理，而且没有免费矿泉水给提供，多次打电话都没有服务员给解决，总之太多太多的不如意，差评差评差评

位置在5环不远开车导航很好找，餐厅还不错。但是本来就是冲着带孩子去泡温泉的，问清楚有38分钟的热水，大概2池半，但第二天上午根本放不出水光走时间，浪费钱不说还浪费孩子的心情，孩子走时候非常不高兴。晚上开灯发现灯坏了8点多客服就没人接电话了谈不上服务好，卫生间的花洒是坏的设施也谈不上好，水池子放不出热水，空调晚上总死机，反正是失望透透的。哦对，有一点还行 儿童乐园的动物乐园虽然小点但是孩子还挺喜欢的
