UrCove Hotel is extremely conveniently located right in the heart of the city, just next to the Forbidden City in Beijing. It’s a perfect base for sightseeing, with many major attractions within easy reach.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note down their names, but they were incredibly supportive when I requested a room change, needed to extend my stay, and even during early morning checkouts. Their efficiency and warm attitude really made a difference.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

酒店离天安门广场非常近，价格贵在这个距离上了可以理解，因为要看升旗没有订早餐，如果下次单独来玩还想试试多住两天～服务很好！就是设施有点老旧了

酒店地理位置优越，离天安门故宫步行只需要十分钟，去地铁站非常方便，周边好吃的也很多。房间稍微小了些，隔音也有点差。前台服务员态度很好，主动给送了一份早餐。八楼的露台可以俯瞰故宫的美景，夏天适合来坐坐感受下

我定的房间评价已经写过了。现在要説的是冬天是淡季，所以酒店帮我升级房间了，谢谢。总体来説对酒店非常满意。唯一认为需要改进的是从酒店房间要回到电梯间不容易找，我迷路了几次，在同一层转圈子。酒店可以考虑加一些方向牌。谢谢

We booked three family rooms when my parents and my sister with her family came to visit us in China. Beijing was our first stop on our leg of showing the family around China.
The hotel had arranged two rooms for us that we got straight away when we arrived in the morning, even though we got there very early, and we got the third room in the afternoon.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is close to the shopping street, shopping mall, restaurants, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning, since small details are overlooked during the cleaning process.
