酒店前台服务员业务不熟，态度不好。我在高德导航上查询酒店到首都机场打车大约30多分钟，为了稳妥起见，又去前台问了下服务员，服务员说要120分钟，我一听相差这么大，忍不住再问：“为什么我在高德上查只需30多分钟”，服务员没做任何解释，硬梆梆的回了一句：“那你按你查的路线走喽”。搞得我不知相信那个。后来打车的时间是35分钟。个人认为，作为一家较为高档的酒店，其前台服务员应该知道自己酒店到达机场，高铁站等地方的正常行车时间，然后和客人说时，再提醒堵车等情况，让客人好判断。

位置还不错，离天安门、故宫博物院都很近，酒店后面就是王府井百货，离王府井地铁站也很近的，方便适合旅游，全程地铁出行很方便的。

酒店的地理位置很好，洗浴设施是有点旧了，但员工服务很好考虑也周到！去天安门步行15分钟！王府井步行15分钟！故宫东华门步行20分钟！ 酒店贴心升级房型也是赞！ 早餐中规中矩也算丰富！性价比还是不错的！
