先说优点，交通方便，王府井附近。酒店服务很好，帮忙热菜，还给宝宝买了粥，虽然是自取的。热水很足。再说缺点，硬件设施差，对于三口之家床有点小，电视有雪花，不清晰。房间较小，看性价比其实还行。总结，住了3天还不错啦，挺满意的。

酒店位置很好，这是最让我满意的，真的算是皇城根，步行到天安门或王府井都很方便，定的长城一日游第二站集合点就在天安瑞嘉酒店，不足的是总体设施陈旧，早餐七点才开始，出发去长城的话就来不及吃早饭，酒店餐厅的性价比还可以
