给升级了豪华双床，一进房间超乎想象，干净，色调也清新，不象网上的暗红色旧式，特别是备品新，感觉很好，位置也好，去天安门近，周围吃的也多，大董，四季民福，全聚德，东来顺都几百米，太方便了，大大👍

9:00 到达酒店，希望能提前入住，可是酒店前台女服务员态度恶劣的说现在正在打扫房间，得等到下午两点才能入住，问她打扫一个房间需要多长时间，她回答需要2个小时。更可气的是语言中透露着歧视。应该开除这样的员工。
但是后来有个穿西服的男士，有点像经理的出面了解了下情况说10：00之前可定能入住，大概过了10分钟，这个经理就说可以入住了，真诚为这个经理点赞。
6岁小孩早点需要收费。这个不合适。
