前台服务很差，早餐一位80元，孩子也是，孩子4岁也要80元早餐，太坑人了，我们定的时候是689元，我们提前续订是就要936元，我还提前给她们说过，都是孩子和老人，一点人性化都没有！

层高有点低，房间太小，特别是卫生间，都转不开身，住几天感觉太压抑了，换了。唯一优势是位置离天安门十分多钟，周围有吃饭的。酒店早餐小孩还要四十块，不值。

位置简直没的说，离王府井和天安门都非常近，不太用早起，尤其对早晨看升旗的朋友们来说简直福音，周围吃的也很多，交通方便，十分推荐
