住在这里，酒店非常好,交通十分便利。尤其是酒店早餐，是我住过的这几家最好的。菜品很多，种类很齐全，有一些现做的馅饼很好吃。餐厅服务员的服务意识特别强，帮忙取餐，倒咖啡，主动介绍一些菜品。北京万达嘉华酒店的自助早餐，让我真切感受到五星级服务的温暖与贴心！

在石景山年头比较久的酒店了，整体服务都还在线，停车和前台登记即可，车位有点紧张，但是门口小哥一直疏导，大冬天不容易，机器人送外卖也很及时，一楼的礼宾寄存也很方便，客房升了房间，很宽敞，也不吵，吹风机好用，説几个改进意见吧：
1，客房的“夜灯”功能，在牀头柜下面那个灯的亮度已经影响睡眠了，以至于这个功能不能给长者开起来用，请调整
2，可口可乐的“冰露”矿泉水数量充足，但是太难拧了，要不磨手，要不垫毛巾，还是换个品牌从根源上解决吧
3，洗手间淋浴门的密封条性能不太好了，洗完澡门口地垫毛巾全湿了……
4，遥控器已经不用于原配的盒子了，就有点多余，可以优化
