有线耳机，购买的食品放在冰箱，退房时忘记拿，酒店居然未发现，更谈不上电话提醒。与万达时代，相差甚远。这样的五星酒店真是奇葩！

硬件设施吃老本，但无人维护，破旧不堪。门锁有明显冲击痕迹，未复原；电子锁盖一碰就掉。花洒开关调节迟钝。卫生堪忧：桌子不擦，水杯留下痕迹明显，地毯上毛发烟灰。
