第一个订单不小心订错时间了，酒店预订部还不让修改，经过多个电话沟通，还算顺利解决。在这里特别要表扬同程的客服。酒店总体来说都还不错。当时没拍照片，附的图片纯粹是赚里程的

前台服务也太垃圾了吧 怎么说也都是个豪华型酒店 前台一个个拽的要死 眼里根本没人 就这样的态度怎么做服务行业？建议多做做培训 觉得很牛的那种就不要来做服务行业了 其他方面都还不错 但是前台的服务真的low 一般酒店第一印象都看前台吧？真是一次恶心的体验

酒店位置好，交通方便。有停车场。非常安静，卫生好，房间舒适感好。只是觉得靠近CBD商圈，节日期间吃饭不是太方便，周围的餐厅有一些不营业。酒店早餐118元/人，太贵了没去吃。
