一下子定了3119，3120，3121三间房，到的时候晚九点了，服务员态度很好，热情周到，不错！酒店古色古香，庭院幽雅，坐落怀柔湖畔。正好这两天降温，人也不多，安静舒适，适合度假。赞！

酒店很安静，因为没什么人住，酒店比较老旧，餐厅饭不好吃，优点就是安静，睡得很好，周围环境不错，都是学校，

服务员态度不好、第一次用艺龙的，不知道怎么用、爱搭不理的。酒店装修年头太久，地摊上太脏了，可取的是有个比较大的花园。可以进去转转。娱乐设施都要钱！不怎么爽。花园是卖点，快捷酒店是不可能有的，建议店家清洗一下店里东西，换个服务员，娱乐设施健身房弄点免费的，花园整理下。本来地点已经很偏。花园、娱乐设施是快捷酒店没有的优势，却不好好整。硬件好多角落里太脏。

酒店有个安静独立的小院，外型较有特点，就在水库边上，不邻大街比较安静，距大街几十米远，也很方便，虽比较陈旧，但性价比还不错。
