酒店设施老化，我住的14F，房门很紧，开门很费劲。进入房间后感觉很脏，卫生间的毛巾筐里有上个客人遗落的垃圾，筐上居然放了一块都烂了的防滑垫、镜子、水壶等上面全是尘，水壶里水碱厚厚一层，让人无法使用，整个房间像是很久没人住过。房间的电话上面没有中文。打电话给前台反映房间卫生不好，前台居然让我自己找客房部，无语。打到客房部时，一会儿服务员来后和我解释说是由于做房的服务员急着要下班，所以没扫干净，然后要给我换房。一个普通服务员的权利好大呀。我要见经理，她居然告诉我下班了。一会儿，来了一个领班，居然给我的解释是：房间打扫后页会有灰尘会落下，真不知道贵酒店的房间清扫程序是不是有问题。最令我无语的是最后居然问我要怎么办，要我教她解决办法，最终把房间从扫了一遍，送了一个果盘。但果盘的西瓜是酸的。第二天早上我房间亮着DND灯，居然仍有服务员敲门要打扫房间。整个入住让我无语。

设施陈旧，价格比较高，交通不是很方便，因为离地铁不太近，需要打车（不跳表）可到地铁口

从来没有住过像这样所谓的三星酒店，设施太陈旧，环境也不好，宽带虽然有但还要收费而且贵得不得了，很遗憾住到这家酒店！
