房间比小，销售部态度超级不好！给客户预定的宾馆，客户已经入住并且办理离店，酒店没有点入住确认，打电话咨询酒店，酒店连续转接，后来酒店前台转到销售部门，销售部门人员态度极其恶劣！称领导不在，并称不清楚事情！明天再打电话！

还算不错，地理位置很好，离奥林匹克公园和民族园很近，五分钟就到盘古大观。屋内设施和楼有些陈旧，电视还是过去显像管的。建议到网上订房，便宜很多还会返现，柜台订房标间580，和在网上定差200多！另外比较鸡肋的就是房间卡之外还有一张电梯卡，完全可以二卡合一，几次都是忘了电梯卡上不了楼！这个应该改进！
