体验感太差了，感觉只是比快捷酒店稍高端一点…房间内一层尘土，枕头中间夹着头发…浴缸没有一次性套等等…儿童乐园玩了一会儿袜子直接脏到没法要！室内温泉好在有滑梯孩子能玩会，但是水混的冒泡…游泳池水凉到怀疑人生……

酒店入住非常好，但是温泉人实在太多了，而且应该对入住酒店客人免费开放，还要单花钱而且只能进入一次有点不合理！

特别适合孩子玩，周末人还是挺多的，各项设施和服务挺好的，汤乐宫室外的池子挺多的，还有滑梯，室内池子比较小！

酒店每个部门服务态度都非常好 温泉室内和室外的楼道臭味很重 浴室里味道也很大 需要加强一些换气的机器设备 早餐基本标准 没有鲜榨果汁类 酒店没有行政酒廊 大堂吧10点关门就没有酒水了 定位既然是度假酒店建议时间可以适度延长

不偏不倚，客观公正的说几句，公区和客房环境具备五星标准，服务尚可，除了门外保安其他都还不错，估计安保是外包的，房间隔音不太好，这个也可能是个例，自助餐也还ok，好多吐槽300多的价格啥也没有的，可以去看看丽思卡尔顿的五百多的，也就是这么回事。最大问题，停车，正常中午1点后到达，基本300米内没有停车位，这个很不方便，希望能改善。

房间很大，还有靠近窗户的浴缸，很棒。但是酒店停车太难了，根本没有停车位，车都是停在路边或者是非车位上。办理入住时间也很久，人多可以接受但是明显办理速度很慢。离店是想要一个纸袋子都被告知没有了，感觉这很不应该。
