太烂了。预定说好大床房。到店说只有标准间了。两个床海拼不上。打电话给艺龙客服。说不能退房。没住没登机也不行。客服说话也很强硬。我就不明白了。我要的大床房没有。还不能退。。。

朋友来京，于是在家旁边定了酒店。外观和大堂看起来都还好，来到前台，服务人员从理解能力到语言表达以及态度都差到与酒店的其它方面不相匹配。作为酒店门面的前台接待居然是这样的水平，真是失望，建议酒店能够加强服务人员培训。虽然如此，仍然推荐这家酒店，毕竟与前台所需要接触的时间不长，酒店其它方面还是不错。
